By visiting our website https://chikkaram.com or booking our photography or videography services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, that define how Chikkarams Photography operates professionally
with clients across Hyderabad, India, and world wide.
Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Scope of Service
Chikkarams Photography provides professional photography, cinematography, and restoration services for weddings, family portraits, baby shoots, and creative projects.
All bookings, coverage hours, and deliverables are confirmed at the time of booking.
📸 Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or location permissions, ensuring access to the shoot site, and helping coordinate guests or family members for smooth workflow during shoots.
2. Copyright & Image Ownership
All images, videos, and content created by Chikkarams Photography are protected under Copyright Law (© 2025 Chikkarams Photography).
We retain full copyright and ownership of all creative work, including edited and unedited photos, videos, and graphics.
Clients receive a personal-use license — they may share, print, and display images for personal purposes only.
Clients cannot resell, alter, or use photos for commercial or advertising use without our written permission.
Unauthorized use of our name “Chikkarams Photography”, logo, or any of our images is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment, Booking & Cancellation
- A booking advance confirms the shoot date.
- The advance is non-refundable, but can be adjusted toward a rescheduled date if informed at least 7 days in advance.
- Final payment is due before delivery of the final files.
- Files will not be released until full payment is completed.
If the event is canceled, Chikkarams Photography is not responsible for refunding the booking advance, as the date was reserved exclusively for you.
4. Artistic License
All editing, tone, and selection of images are at our professional discretion.
Clients agree to trust Chikkarams Photography’s artistic judgment for style, framing, and final presentation.
5. Failure to Perform / Force Majeure
In case of illness, accident, or unavoidable technical failure, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.
While we will make every reasonable effort to provide a competent replacement photographer, our liability for inability to perform shall remain strictly limited to the refund of fees paid.
6. Delivery & Retention of Files
Final digital files will be delivered within the agreed timeline (typically 2–4 weeks).
We store project backups for up to 6 months.
After that period, retrieval cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for safely storing their delivered files.
7. Use of Work for Portfolio
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, Chikkarams Photography may use selected images or clips for its portfolio, marketing, or social media display.
We never sell or share your photos with third parties without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chikkarams Photography, its owner, and team shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the booked service.
9. Website Content & Trademarks
All text, graphics, and content on https://chikkaram.com are the property of Chikkarams Photography.
Copying or reproducing our website content or images without written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Any changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Visitors are encouraged to review this page regularly.
